We are currently seeking a Application Management Specialist to join our team in PLANO, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Monitors and maintains applications and restores services for end users. Analyzes software and platform problems and coordinates workable solutions. Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to system and environment availability using a ticketing system as well as project required documentation. Perform system changes including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying. Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. Propose and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online administration
• 3+ years PowerShell Scripting
• 3+ years Managing ticket queue for employees to adhere to service level agreements
• Additional/Desired Qualifications
• 3+ years Microsoft 365 OneDrive administration
• 3+ years Microsoft 365 Teams administration

Nice to have skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability create documentation for current and new processes
  Applies a comprehensive knowledge of application programming through PowerShell and design, analyze, and isolation of issues 
  Applies knowledge to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems Possess a thorough understanding of key business drivers and ability to communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions
• Possess a deep understanding of M365 area 
• Have a subject matter expert level understanding of related subject areas. 
• Manage critical projects with general direction and allocate work to other team members. Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions Deal with moderately complex issues and/or applications. 
• Regularly provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced staff (kx, documentation, etc)
  Identify opportunities for revenue and raise to leadership
• Documentation responsibilities include creating new documentation, peer reviewing sessions, contract deliverables and similar activities
