NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SMART Deployment Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in Palo Alto, California (US-CA), United States (US).

 

 

The Helpdesk Coordinator will:

 

  • Provide Technical assistance and support for incoming requests via phone, email and any other tools employed by our customers or us
  • Support issues related to system hardware, web-based software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices
  • Creating tickets and documenting into a tool of our choice
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level I issues
  • Escalate level 2/3/4 issues as per the process in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Comply to the Service level Agreement (SLA) timelines for responding and resolving work tickets
  • Create and Maintain support documentation
  • Other tasks and projects assigned by Support Manager and Deployment Lead
     

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of overall technology experience, with 1+ years of helpdesk support experience

 

Incoming Helpdesk Coordinator should possess:

 

  • Sense of urgency, empathy and sincerity in resolving customer issues
  • Ability to learn new technology products faster with appropriate team support but without extensive documentation
  • Hands-on experience with coordinating a helpdesk
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Drive and determination to be resourceful, coachable and attentive to detail
  • A strong team-oriented mindset
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Prior Helpdesk Support Experience or any related certification
