Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with minimum 8+ years of experience. Has experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation covering Core HR, Payroll, integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, and hyper care.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical objects, including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Integrations (both Inbound and out bound) HDL/HSDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Fast Formulas. The role requires experience supporting Core HR and Payroll data migration, integration remediation, payroll validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, and Payroll technical solutions.Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.

· Good understanding of Core HR and Payroll data, including organizations, assignments, payroll relationships, element entries, balances, costing, payment methods, and payroll interfaces.

· Develop and remediate Oracle HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP web services, HCM web services, SFTP, FTP, and file-based interfaces.

· Develop, maintain, and debug Fast Formulas for primarily Payroll and additionally Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and eligibility-related requirements.

· Build and support HCM Extracts for employee data, payroll reports, statutory reporting, bank files, third-party interfaces, and outbound data feeds.

· Execute HDL/HSDL conversion and data-migration activities for Core HR and Payroll data.

· Support data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover, and post-go-live support.

· Migrate and validate employee data, workforce structures, assignments, payroll relationships, element entries,balances, payment methods, and costing information.

· Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, RTF/eText templates, bursting configurations, and report-delivery solutions.

· Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, analyses, prompts, and subject-area queries.

· Update BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integrations where environment values or configuration change.

· Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare.

· Monitor scheduled processes, integration runs, error logs, interface exceptions, and data-reconciliation outputs.

· Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, data-conversion templates, unit-test evidence,and deployment documentation.

· Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing, and technical remediation activities when required.
