NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).



As Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of services to a multiple facility hospital customer. Your role is to be the primary point of contact for delivery of contracted services to the customer in application services space. You will also own the finances and relationship with the customer. You will lead a hybrid dedicated and leveraged team of global technical professionals to support your customer. This position reports to the Regional Client Delivery Executive.  




  • Overall ownership and accountable for the delivery of service commitments for assigned account(s)
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Manages delivery components of the Account P&L
  • Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations
  • Accountable for ensuring Crisis Management/Business Continuity Plans are developed and executed
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss of the application services in scope of the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for conducting Customer Governance meetings, Status Reviews with customer Senior Leadership
  • Responsible to develop strong positive relationship with client Sr Leadership and drive business growth
  • Support and act as an advisor for client Sr leadership in business and technical strategy and decision making
  • Work closely with NTT DATA Center of Excellence and Service line teams, demonstrate NTT DATA capabilities to customer leadership
  • Proactively identify potential opportunities beyond existing business, work closely with NTT DATA internal teams to come up with appropriate proposals and pursue with client leadership




  • 12+ years total experience with Healthcare industry experience, particularly Healthcare Provider business and relevant application services
  • Application Services Global Delivery, managing P & L and managing/nurturing customer relations experience
  • Exposure to emerging technologies and methodologies like Cloud, Digital, Mobile, DevOps, Apps modernization, Apps transformation, etc.
