We are currently seeking a Healthcare Networking Specialist (Cisco) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Job Duties / Expectations

  • Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio: Cisco Unified Communications Manager; Cisco Unity Connection; Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express, Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise.
  • Voice Gateways and Routers, Cisco Cube; SIP Gateways
  • Experience on design, deploying and Supporting Call recording Solution like Variant and Nice. Experience with Cisco Video; supporting Tandberg units.
  • Average or above knowledge in routing and switching in Cisco environment Router LAN/WAN circuits; PRI, SIP, MPLS, T3, FXO, FXS
  • Knowledge of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP
  • Professional, structured and proactive approach Team oriented Outstanding communication and presentation skill with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization Efficient and productive with good time management skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change and can handle contacts of all types and at all levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and program management techniques and can communicate well with key stakeholders; team player
  • Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of the need to achieve quality
  • Comprehensive approach to documentation and procedural development Working knowledge of Jabber, Presence and WebEx is highly desired Avaya Contact Centre and Telephony knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Experience on Cloud Contact solution would be an added advantage.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience designing, deploying and supporting Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development and reporting.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Cisco Contact Centre, both express and Enterprise – developing and maintaining applications, experience with UCCX scripting.
  • Minimum 5 years' of Cisco enterprise solution, should be well versed with UCCE Call flow, ICM scripting, CVP scripting, solutioning
  • Minimu 5 years Supporting & troubleshooting Cisco Contact Centre in a call centre environment.
  • Cisco CCNA Required; CCVP or CCNP (Voice) preferred
