NTT DATA Services currently seeks a I.T. Customer Executive - Hospitality/Travel, Technology, Entertainment and Media to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).




  • Responsible for revenue and profit goals and effectively manages P&L across multiple deal structures
  • Sets strategy within sphere of responsibility and contributes to long-term strategy of overall business unit
  • Specific responsibilities include the delivery of all initiatives within a client organization and to ensure that the client's needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables related to our services
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships based on continuous value creation and service improvement.
  • This individual is initially expected to spend 75% of their time focused on streamlining and optimizing existing services and delivery and within three months shift majority of their time to focus on account expansion and achieve aggressive account growth objectives.
  • They will be the lead interface for securing and delivering value added proposals to client's leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor to client C-level leaders, and act as primary lead to resolve delivery issues and / or conflicts
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships with Consultants, Account Executives, Domain Sales Executives and others to maximize customer utilization of NTT DATA products and services, establishes and meets growth plans and targets
  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group



  • 10 plus years Information Technology Services and/or consulting experience
  • 5 plus years’ experience involving a combination of building business/practice, business consulting, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and comprehensive responsibilities involving delivering solutions to meet business needs
  • Experience with leveraged delivery models and past success of delivering add-on business, revenue expansion, and managing P&Ls, with a large book of business within a customer environment
  • Successfully executed a Continuous Service Improvement agenda with leveraged and dedicated resources over an extended period of time.
  • Operational expertise in successful delivery SLA's and balancing proper resource plan in place to conduct appropriate business/technology planning and deliver solutions/operational excellence
  • Leadership experience ton include: overseeing client engagement and delivery teams, implementing value-add solutions, and developing and enhancing client relationships
  • Past success in engaging developing executive level relationships by establishing credibility on customer business issues that lead to successful expansion of business 
  • Knowledgeable of common IT methodologies and performance management tools, such as performance scorecards, SLA's, etc.
  • Located in Phoenix, Dallas or Southwest region with easy access to Phoenix.


Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrate experience developing and delivering product and service innovation relative to Managed Infrastructure, Cloud services and Application Development & Support
  • Experience in the Travel / Travel Agent industry ideal
