We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Service Delivery Lead for Scaled Agile Project
• Collaborate with customer to manage assessment timeline and workshops
• Prepare project execution plans and schedule working with various stakeholders.
• Track project performance, changes and issues.
• Manage the project risks, issues, decisions & assumptions.
• Establish project communication plan and cadence.
• Co-ordinate with multiple functional and business teams and align them to project objectives.
• Manage the project resources onboarding, offboarding and allocation.
• Prepare project toll gate schedule and provide status updates.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Strong experience with managing Customer and Commercial applications.
• Domain expertise in Commerce, Pricing, Sales and Service.
• Scaled Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Review deliverables and present the deliverables to various stakeholders.

Basic Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 6+ Project Management and project execution experience.
• 3+ Scaled Agile experience.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
• Managing stakeholders and project teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
