We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Loftware Enterprise Cloud to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business SMEs and site stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain functions.
- Document current-state (“As-Is”) labeling processes, systems, workflows, and data dependencies across multiple sites.
- Define and document future-state (“To-Be”) business processes aligned with Loftware Enterprise Cloud capabilities, including Print-on-Demand labeling and SmartFlow workflows.
- Develop and maintain business and functional documentation, including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
- Process maps and workflows
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
Template Migration & Standardization
- Analyze existing label templates across multiple legacy labeling systems.
- Partner with business SMEs to define template rationalization and standardization strategies.
- Support mapping, redesign, and recreation of label templates within Loftware Enterprise Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements throughout migration activities.
Integration Requirements Definition
- Collaborate with technical teams and implementation partners to define integration requirements between Loftware and enterprise systems including ERP, PLM, and SQL databases.
- Document data flows, field mappings, business rules, and integration specifications.
- Support validation of data integrity, traceability, and compliance requirements.
SmartFlow Artwork & Approval Workflow Enablement (If In Scope)
- Gather and document requirements for artwork creation, change management, review, and approval processes.
- Define user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies within SmartFlow.
- Align artwork workflows with existing Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory processes.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison, alongside business leads and SMEs, between business users and technical implementation teams.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
- Manage requirement reviews, approvals, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Validation Support
- Support development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop test scenarios and test cases covering critical business processes.
- Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and retesting activities with implementation partners.
Change Management & Deployment Support
- Support impact assessments and deployment readiness activities across multiple sites.
- Assist in the development of training materials, user guides, and adoption plans.
- Provide go-live support and post-implementation hypercare assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of strong experience implementing enterprise labeling solutions, preferably Loftware Enterprise Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience with NiceLabel or comparable enterprise labeling platforms is acceptable.
- 3+ years of solid understanding of Print-on-Demand labeling processes and enterprise labeling architectures.
- 7+ years of proven experience leading requirements gathering and process design initiatives across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
- 3+ years of understanding of integrations involving ERP systems (e.g., SAP), PLM platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale, multi-site global implementations.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 64,008 – 111,125. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
