Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Communications Manager to support a complex, global ERP transformation program associated with a Merger & Acquisition (M&A) initiative.
The program involves transitioning colleagues from a legacy SAP platform to a newer SAP environment, resulting in significant changes to business processes, roles, and ways of working across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions.
This is a global transformation with broad organizational impact. The successful candidate will lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption initiatives across multiple business groups and geographies.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on change management professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements, competing priorities, and significant organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans for the global ERP transformation.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify impacts to employees, roles, processes, systems, and business functions.
- Perform Stakeholder Analysis and develop targeted stakeholder engagement strategies for impacted groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, project teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with program milestones and transformation objectives.
- Create clear, engaging communications, including presentations, announcements, FAQs, leadership communications, visual materials, and project updates.
- Translate complex ERP, SAP, and business-process changes into clear and actionable communications for diverse audiences.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential resistance, adoption challenges, and change risks.
- Support change management activities across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance functions.
- Coordinate change activities across a complex M&A and ERP transformation environment with evolving requirements.
- Independently manage assigned change deliverables while coordinating closely with broader program and business teams.
- Manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines within an aggressive transformation schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Change Management / Organizational Change Management experience.
- PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience conducting Change Impact Assessments.
- 3+ years of experience with Stakeholder Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Stakeholder Management.
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing change management communication strategies and plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to create visual communications, presentations, and executive-level materials.
- Ability to translate complex business and technology changes into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while effectively taking direction and coordinating with program leadership.
- Comfortable working in environments characterized by ambiguity, evolving requirements, and competing priorities.
- Strong planning, organization, time management, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP transformation or SAP migration programs.
- Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or post-merger integration initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale, global transformation programs.
- Experience delivering change management across Commercial, Manufacturing, and/or Finance organizations.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Experience working within complex enterprise programs involving multiple business units, functions, and leadership levels.
Pay Transparency
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948-$137,063. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
