We are currently seeking a Project Manager - JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud SCM - REMOTE to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Project Overview

The Project Manager – JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud SCM – REMOTE will support the implementation and integration of JD Edwards (E1) ERP and related Oracle Cloud SCM bolt-on systems for a newly acquired business division. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery, alignment with business processes, and adoption of best practices across the supply chain and manufacturing domains.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the program
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and actionable tasks for technical teams
• Lead and support solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Champion best practices and challenge the status quo to drive process improvement and system optimization
• Communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed, and remote environment
• Support Agile / DevOps delivery models and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
• Ensure compliance with project governance, delivery standards, and regulated-environment requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with JD Edwards (E1) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM project delivery, including team leadership or direct management
• 12–15 years of experience in a large, complex technical or enterprise IT environment
• 15+ years of demonstrated experience with project management, delivery frameworks, and/or ITIL
• 10+ years of experience delivering solutions in regulated environments is required

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (E1) implementations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, including:
  • Manufacturing
  • MRP / DRP
  • Procurement
  • Quality
  • Intercompany processing
  • Demand Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Distribution & Logistics
  • Product Costing and Manufacturing Accounting
  • Quote-to-Cash processes

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
