We are currently seeking a AI Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As an AI Architect at NTT DATA, you will shape the future of enterprise AI by designing, developing, and implementing transformative solutions. You will lead high-impact initiatives, architect cutting-edge frameworks, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of cloud systems, network architectures, identity management (authentication, RBAC), and cloud-native services.
• Design modular integrations between cloud-based services through APIs.
• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions, including security, infrastructure, and MLOps/GenAIOps.
• Scope, manage, and drive complex AI programs to successful completion across industries.
• Design and implement frameworks and reusable patterns tailored to client needs.
• Lead the development of agentic AI systems, leveraging autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent collaboration to extend GenAI capabilities.
• Enhance GenAI solutions with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent frameworks for dynamic, context-aware problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, spaCy, scikit-learn).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and open-source stacks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Expertise in statistics, ML models, deep learning, NLP, GANs, and generative models.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, registries (Hugging Face), APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS foundational models, BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard, and other LLMs.
• Skilled in fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment of models at scale.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, YAML, shell scripting, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in data engineering, big data concepts, and distributed data pipelines.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering technical growth.
• Conduct training sessions to elevate organizational AI/GenAI skills.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights to clients and executives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies.
• 3+ years architecting high-impact GenAI and agentic AI solutions for diverse clients.
• 3+ years of professional Python experience.
• Ability to travel at least 50% when required.
