We are currently seeking a Alliance Mangement Senior Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
ServiceNow Alliance Senior Director:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Alliance leader who has experience cultivating, managing and growing strategic alliances. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the ServiceNow Alliance, build the strategy, create partnerships internally and externally and drive the business with one of the top 10 Global Technology Services organizations.
Location: Remote based in the US
Responsibilities include:
- Own and manage overall NTT DATA ServiceNow partner strategy, business plan, and execution
- Foster and maintain senior executive relationships between NTT DATA and ServiceNow required for top-down support of the partnership
- Develop strategic relationships between ServiceNow and NTT DATA sales teams, marketing, digital practices, portfolio owners, and delivery organizations to move forward the goals of the partnership
- Enable and own pipeline and TCV growth for ServiceNow partnership in collaboration with ServiceNow practice leadership
- Guide Digital Sales Executive leadership to field execution with ServiceNow, with an emphasis on net new leads
- Ensure certification targets required for partnership and practice success are met within NTT DATA
- Maximize ServiceNow partner funding and related incentives
- Solidify industry focus and required joint solutions, in alignment with practice and digital offerings organization
- Facilitate strategy and coverage (in collaboration with Partner Marketing) for large ServiceNow events, such as sales kickoff sessions.
- Manage required contractual commitments with ServiceNow in line with partnership agreements
- Ensure operational components of the partnership are met; establish process and oversight of logging deals in partner’s portal to ensure available funding is unlocked and program metrics are met
- Align partnership activities across broader NTT DATA organization, ensuring alignment across North America, EMEA and Japan organizations
- Be an active thought leader within broader alliances organization, taking on change projects that will allow all alliances to thrive
Qualifications:
- Experienced alliance executive with minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing ServiceNow partnership preferred
- Thorough understanding of all ServiceNow partner programs and processes
- Experience enabling ServiceNow partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
- Skilled program manager
- Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred
- Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g., SFDC, Dynamics, WorkSpan) a plus
- ServiceNow and Cloud certification(s) a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 25% (pending post-COVID travel guidance)
- Bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred
- Experience in managing SAP partnership would be a bonus
Basic Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience as an alliance/partner with ServiceNow
