NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management Lead to join our team in Addison, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities by applying a change management process and using tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and assisting in the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult, coach and support project and management teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Detailed knowledge of Operations and direct business experience, specifically an understanding of the organizational structure and culture of the organization
  • Understanding of how organizational change impacts teams and how to mitigate the purpose of the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR model or similar change model desired
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Drives for results by thinking and acting tactically and strategically to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with little supervision
  • Committed to service and quality
  • Experience in life insurance and annuities, or be able to quickly learn complex business processes
