NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Client Executive to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

The Client Executive manages overall Client relationships witinb our Emerging Sectore.  This person will be responsible for building and growing accounts, manage P&L's and be responsible for overall sales of a select group of accounts.   

 

Position's General Duties and Tasks

Skills Profile:

5-7+ years Engagement Management experience of IT Services with Mid Market companies

Experience managing a book of business north of $10M

7+ years’ experience in forecasting, invoicing, SOW and/or proposal development and deal/pursuit management

Strong oral and written communications skills and must possess experience at presenting and leading meetings with senior executives including the C-level suite

Develop relationships with senior client executives and leverage those relationships to expand NTT DATA’s business through a consultative selling approach

Drive business development and sales results in assigned account(s)

Build and deliver creative value-added solutions (leveraging internal and external/partner talent where applicable)

Experience selling and delivering solutions-based services (i.e., not just staffing)

Ability to cross-sell IT services

Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate leveraged teams

Lead account planning efforts and develop strategic account plans

Use CRM and knowledge management tools

Financial management capabilities, including strong forecasting ability

Lead a pursuit team and qualify deals

Accurately complete monthly financial activities such as forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Mid Market companies
  • IT services sales background both apps and infrastructure
  • 5 years experience working with offshore delivery and operations
  • $10 M plus P&L management experience
