We are currently seeking a Digital Customer Solution Director - HYBRID to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities will include: 
- Work with multiple account, sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and opportunities in the digital engineering space across multiple domains.

- Create solution proposal, cost models and own the overall response for RFP’s as well as proactive pursuits.

- Support the pursuit teams as the digital engineering SME.

- Create the statement of work, co-ordinating to get approvals from internal stakeholders.

- Hire, build and mentor team members ensuring employee satisfaction.

- Deliver all customer projects ensuring very high customer satisfaction.  

- Drive expansion growth in the digital engineering space in existing accounts.

- Track and manage finances for the engagements, working collaboratively with account leadership teams.

Required Skills: 

- 10+  years of experience leading digital engineering delivery.

- 5+ Years of hands on technical design and development experience in web and mobile technologies.

- 5+ Years experience working in a global delivery model

- 5+ Years of strong experience on various e-commerce tools/products used in areas like content management, search engine, commerce engine, payment system, order management system, digital marketing, product information management
- 5+ Years exposure to Responsive, Adaptive web development technologies 

- 5+ Years experience in large scale application implementation in production

Nice to have skills: 

- Experience in multiple domains
