We are currently seeking a Director of Sales Operations at NTT DATA ServiceNow Practice to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
A Director of Business Operations at NTT DATA ServiceNow Practice manages financial strategy, planning, and operational efficiency & governance, often focusing on specific business units or global functions, working to align financial goals with company objectives, manage budgets, and drive process improvements and ensures governance compliance, with key leadership overseeing broader areas like Sales and Operations. Specific scope around financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and optimizing business processes to support growth and customer success within the Practice. This role is crucial for connecting financial health with day-to-day business execution, ensuring scalable and profitable growth for the ServiceNow Practice.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling.
- Creating, improving and maintaining the budget, forecasting and overall finical health and reporting of the Practice
- Business Operations: Improving efficiency, driving process automation and strategic initiatives.
- Example: opportunity pipeline report governance and forecasting
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with Sales, and Product teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Data & Systems: Leveraging financial data for better decision-making and implementing systems to streamline operations.
- SPM report governance and forecasting for budgeting purposes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, business operations, or strategic finance roles — ideally in SaaS, technology services, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven track record partnering with sales or channel/GTM teams within SaaS
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Prior experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) expertise with advanced modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong business operations, process design, and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP and/or Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and BI/data tools.
- High business and commercial acumen, with the ability to align financial insights to business outcomes.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $120,000 to 190,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
