A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks an Emerging Partner Development Lead to join our team in Plano, TX.

Role:

  • The Emerging Partner Development Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending Data and Analytics product vendors with which NTT DATA should develop non-equity alliances to further its mission of delivering high value digital transformation services to its clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing the framework for evaluating data and analytics product vendors based on criteria such as capabilities, proof of concepts, addressable market, client fit etc, and building recommendations.
  • Collaborates with peers in the growth strategy team to develop a view of current and proposed solution offerings and fitment of emerging partners in that offering portfolio.  
  • Develops relationships with relevant partners and work with internal legal, procurement and engineering teams to establish sandbox and prototyping environments to support evaluations.
  • Onboard emerging partners, develop initial go-to-market plans, support offering development, and collaborate with the partner to develop critical mass.

  

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of data and analytics experience with cloud data management experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with Data and Analytics product vendors in a technical, sales or alliance capacity
  • Ability to champion the creation of differentiated solutions based on partner’s and NTT DATA’s products and capabilities
  • Highly analytical with expert level skills in developing value propositions, defining evaluation criteria and analyzing results to develop recommendations
  • Superior executive communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Expert knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
  • Ability to travel 50% of time
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA highly preferred
