We are currently seeking a Events Senior Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

The North America Hospitality Suites Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing NTT DATA’s corporate hospitality suites and ticketing programs at American Airlines Center (AAC) and AT&T Stadium. This role oversees venue relationships, contract renewals, suite branding and aesthetics, ticket inventory, catering, event communications, compliance reviews, reporting, and the overall suite experience.

The position works closely with venue representatives, client, sales, and executive  leadership, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure hospitality assets are used effectively and in accordance with company policies. The specialist will provide end-to-end coordination for events, from ticket-request review and distribution through attendance validation, expense management, and post-event reporting.

The role requires strong judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-demand events involving clients, employees, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage NTT DATA’s relationships with American Airlines Center and AT&T Stadium, serving as the primary point of contact for venue-related matters.
  • Coordinate venue contract renewals and maintain appropriate documentation, timelines, and internal approvals.
  • Oversee NTT DATA branding and the overall appearance of each suite, including identifying and coordinating aesthetic updates, repairs, maintenance, and other improvements.
  • Monitor venue communications and notification emails to remain informed about upcoming events, deadlines, operational updates, venue requirements, and other changes.
  • Manage and complete the electronic ticketing, parking passes and catering applications ensuring any payments are handled and expense reports completed.
  • Attend suite events as needed to support hosts, attendees, guests, and venue personnel.
  • When not attending an event, remain available as the designated point of contact for the suite attendant and help resolve issues that arise during the event.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming ticket requests approving or denying utilizing sound judgment and established guidelines, particularly for high-demand events.
  • Confirm that attendee information is accurate following each event and make corrections when actual attendance differs from the original request.
  • Download and distribute tax, ticket usage, client attendance, and other hospitality reports as requested.
  • Submit applicable special-event and hospitality requests to Compliance for business review and maintain the necessary supporting documentation.
  • Develop and distribute targeted communications for client executives and sales executives regarding special events, ticket availability, request processes,  important deadlines, suite-host responsibilities and event details and expectations.
  • Maintain organized records of ticket allocations, event attendance, compliance approvals, catering orders, invoices, venue communications, and hospitality expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticket utilization, suite operations, communications, reporting, and the overall hospitality experience.

Skills/Criteria Required

  • Six to eight years of relevant experience in corporate hospitality, event management, ticketing operations, venue management, marketing events, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate hospitality programs, event tickets, suites, venues, or executive and client-facing events.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple venues, events, requests, deadlines, and stakeholder needs concurrently.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when evaluating ticket requests, managing high-demand inventory, and supporting senior executives and client-facing activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate ticket inventory, attendee records, expense documentation, and reports.
  • Experience working with ticketing, event management, catering, or venue applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear event instructions, targeted communications, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and remain responsive during events.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes involving attendance, ticket distribution, parking, catering, venue operations, or executive requests.
  • Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to work effectively with venue representatives, executives, sales teams, client-facing employees, suite attendants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive, and compliance-related information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and business tools, including ticketing platforms, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Salesforce, and related reporting systems.
  • Budget awareness and experience monitoring expenses, invoices, and forecast information.
  • Willingness and ability to attend events outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Professional appearance and manner, with a strong commitment to service excellence and creating a positive guest experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Six to eight years of experience in corporate hospitality, sports and entertainment events, venue operations, ticketing, or executive and client event coordination.
  • Experience managing corporate suites at professional sports or entertainment venues.
  • Experience using TicketManager, AAC Account Manager, SeatGeek, Suite Eats, MyVenue, or similar ticketing and catering platforms is preferred.
  • Experience managing and allocating high-demand ticket inventory.
  • Experience coordinating hospitality compliance reviews and maintaining supporting business-purpose documentation.
  • Experience preparing personal-use ticket reports for Payroll or supporting taxable-benefit reporting.
  • Experience preparing client-attendance and event-usage reports for Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Experience managing hospitality budgets, invoices, expenses, and forecast information.
  • Experience developing event communications, suite-host instructions, and special-event campaigns for sales and client-facing audiences.
  • Ability to engage with and support multiple levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of NTT DATA’s portfolio or similar, clients, sales organization, and internal compliance processes is a plus.
