We are currently seeking a Global Program Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Overview

The Global Program Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for executing strategic initiatives across diverse regions while maintaining oversight of governance processes. This position requires an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses a global mindset, and demonstrates an exceptional ability to manage complex programs efficiently. We are looking for an individual with a passion to develop strategic programs, understand and resolve complex business problems, and quick gain stakeholder buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage global programs aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives across multiple regions.
• Monitor progress and performance indicators to ensure initiatives meet defined goals and deliverables.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and manage contingency plans effectively.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program methodologies and outcomes.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Generate and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate decision-making processes by delivering structured insights derived from data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field or equal work experience
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in program management, with a focus on global operations and governance.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders across organizational hierarchies and geographies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing business financials and sales data to drive decision-making.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting complex ideas with clarity.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.) Build or communicate requirements for PowerBI reports. Build or communicate requirements for Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Work Environment

This is a global role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and countries, primarily Japan, India, Germany, London, and all US time zones. The candidate must be comfortable with flexible working hours and occasional domestic and international travel. Ability to work in-office when required.
