Role Overview
As a Growth Strategist, you’ll help clients connect product vision, customer experience, and AI adoption into measurable business outcomes. You will work with organizations as they navigate transformation by applying a human centered approach to design, data intelligence, and AI-enhanced innovation to reimagine how they create value in an increasingly digital world.
This is not a traditional consulting role. You’re part strategist, part systems thinker, part change agent. You’ll shape how clients organize, prioritize, and deliver growth in the age of AI.
Responsibilities include market research, business modeling, user insights, and early-stage commercialization strategies. Success in this role demands a human-centered mindset, expertise in digital ecosystems, inspired perspective on the use of AI and a drive for innovation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities and human centered, AI enabled transformation opportunities.
 - Conduct research and analysis to uncover insights that inform growth strategies and innovation pathways.
 - Translate findings into integrated strategies that align human needs, market trends, and technology feasibility.
 - Frame and model new business opportunities, processes and value propositions that connect customer experience to enterprise growth.
 - Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure strategies translate into actionable, scalable outcomes.
 - Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align executives and teams around shared goals.
 - Communicate insights and frameworks that help clients understand how AI, design, and strategy intersect.
 - Support go-to-market initiatives, including proposal input, opportunity framing, and client engagement.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in business design, innovation consulting, or product strategy.
 - Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer experience design, and AI integration.
 - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
 - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
 - A balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking—able to connect data-driven insight with human-centered storytelling.
 - Demonstrated ability to translate insight into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
 - Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and visual communication skills.
 - Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and identifying new value opportunities.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Design, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business design, innovation consulting, or product strategy.
 - 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
 - 8+ years of experience with customer experience design, and AI integration.

Ideal Mindset:
- Lifelong Learner. You are always seeking to improve your technical and nontechnical skills.
 - Team Player. You are someone who wants to see everyone on the team succeed and is willing to go the extra mile to help a teammate in need.
 - Communicator. You know how to communicate your design ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, prioritizing critical information and leaving out extraneous details.
