We are currently seeking a REMOTE " HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep"- Claim Processor" to join our team in "Plano, Texas", United States (US) remotely. (MUST LIVE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES)

Permanent Remote BPO Insurance Processor-$16.50/hr

Basic Qualifications:

1 Year Office experience working from home

1 year experience with Medicare claims processing

1 year multi-program computer experience

Responsibilities:

-Determine claim processing protocols and apply the correct policies to the claim

-Interact with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and accurately process claims

-Properly adjudicate claims based on your knowledge of covered benefits, insurance and provider contracts

-Determine plan liability as well as diversion and recovery activity for claims

Training Required Schedule Availability is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.

After Training Required schedule availability for this position flexible; Core hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30AM to 6:00PM CST.  The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements and/or candidate preference.  Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
