We are currently seeking a IT Strategy & Advisory Consulting Director - Healthcare (flexible locations) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

IT Strategy & Advisory Consulting Director - Healthcare (national):

Our CIO Advisory Consulting practice is a team of uniquely positioned individuals with deep industry expertise that focuses on assisting healthcare client executives in overcoming the barriers of Business Transformation that are critical to driving the future of Business and Technology Strategy, Innovation, Journey to the Cloud, and Digital Transformation. Our focus is driving measurable business outcomes for our clients and their customers through defining business and technology strategies and executing organizational transformations, applying innovative industry solutions developed by NTT DATA Services and our partners. Our work improves peoples’ lives in direct and measurable ways.

The role can be based anywhere in North America as it will focus on expanding our footprint at strategic Healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Engage at our Healthcare customers’ executive suite as consultative, transformation collaborator aligning desired business outcomes to their transformation journey in sync with emerging technologies and NTT DATA Services’ robust portfolio of healthcare industry solutions
• Share knowledge and experience with digital technologies to provide both active and abstract innovative thinking to CxO level at our clients
• Build strong working relationships based on expertise, empathy and interpersonal trust with account leadership teams, our Healthcare clients and key industry leaders
• Utilize strong business acumen, and unique business/technical skills to be an effective leader and communicator to successfully drive multiple initiatives/projects
• Act as a comprehensive healthcare subject matter expert across intersections of business and technology to demonstrate NTT DATA Services as a valued business partner 
• Applies critical thinking skills to solve problems
• Avid researcher, synthesizer, and evangelist of cross industry business and technology trends and innovations relevant to our client’s needs
• Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

• 12+ years’ experience working with CxO level to influence and define IT strategy roadmaps and architecture/blueprints aligned to business outcomes
• 10+ years’ experience technology innovation planning and execution to drive business market differentiation
• 10+ years’ experience in cross-functional environments as a collaboration leader focused on the intersection of Business and Technology strategy in digital and emerging technologies
• 8+ years’ Healthcare Consulting/Advisory experience to include analyzing business functional, process and technology innovation trends and the impact of technology across industry sectors
• Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or related field

Preferences

• Strategy or Management Consulting experience
• Health Industry experience 
• Developing joint business and enabling technology designs, architectures, and the roadmaps and business cases to propel C-level action
• Executive presence, writing, visual and verbal communications skills for consultative selling and influential leadership
