NTT DATA Services currently seeks a I.T. Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

  • Analyze requests for deal support to determine level of qualification and intake pathway.
  • Coordinates between practice solution leadership and sales teams to validate client requirements.
  • Monitors deal intake queue and ensures timely follow-up to sales on assignment status.
  • Maintains formal deal intake calendar, including off-cycle requests.
  • May facilitate formal deal intake calls and maintains record of meeting notes and action items.
  • Identifies process improvements to enhance the sales support intake function
  • Ensures SFDC data accuracy



  • 4 to 6 years’ sales support experience in I.T. Services or Technology enviroment
  • Possess experience in multiple areas of sales operations process to include: RFP responses, deal intake, task/solution assignment, coordinate timelines and related follow up for solution follow responses, initiate and coordinate deal documentation, and facilitate meetings/calls to distribute and collect status on action items.
  • Demonstrate strong client customer service and project management skills
  • Strong PC skills to include hands on experience with sales management tools such as SalesForce
