Now, we’re seeking a visionary North America Oracle GTM Leader to take our Oracle business to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is not just a sales role — it’s a strategic leadership position where you’ll drive Oracle growth across multiple industries, shape high-value client relationships, and position NTT DATA as the trusted advisor for Oracle-enabled transformation. You’ll be at the center of both pursuit and delivery, accountable for identifying opportunities, shaping deals, ensuring profitability, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
As the Oracle GTM Leader, you’ll harness the full breadth of NTT DATA’s capabilities to craft innovative value propositions, set a compelling buying vision, and help C-suite executives realize the transformational and financial impact of Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market growth – identify, qualify, and close new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and enterprise opportunities while ensuring financial success and client satisfaction.
- Shape and win pursuits – define deal criteria, guide pursuit strategy, and ensure successful execution from origination through delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor – build deep, lasting relationships with client executives and decision-makers across industries.
- Innovate with Oracle & cloud solutions – integrate Oracle with Azure, AWS, and GCP in hybrid/multi-cloud approaches, highlighting Oracle’s differentiation.
- Develop new offerings – lead solution innovation and methods that enable penetration of new markets.
What You Bring
- Proven Oracle leader: 15+ years of progressive business experience in Oracle, sales, consulting, and or delivery.
- Sales & delivery expertise: Track record of $10M+ annual quota attainment and $25M+ revenue managed, with success in both sales and program delivery.
- Trusted advisor experience: Strong C-suite engagement skills with a history of closing Oracle Finance implementation efforts and enterprise-scale deals.
- Business acumen & P&L ownership: Superior negotiation, contract management, and profit management experience.
- Consulting pedigree: At least 6 years in a management consulting environment with a history of guiding large-scale business transformations.
- Leadership impact: Demonstrated ability to lead global, multi-stakeholder, and cross-cultural teams in a matrixed environment.
