We are currently seeking a Oracle Financials Functional Support Expert - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role/Responsibilities
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls
- Work with Developers to triage production bugs
- Manage the queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Work with Product owners, BSA to support User Acceptance testing
- Work with Product owners and BSA to validate and sign off on Supportability functionality
- Participate in technical design review discussions with solution architects and provide feedback.
- Document support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals.
- Candidate should be able to pick up the Zuora-RMS(Revenue Management System) effectively and quickly on the job and support
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness with emphasis on the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Purchasing, EBTAX, Vertex, AGIS, Zuora-RMS(Revenue Management System), Brazil localization, and System Administrator activities
- Should be able to navigate through end-to-end across multiple systems like Coupa, Concur and other Integrations. Strong process knowledge is essential to bring effectiveness into the role
- Technical expertise in Oracle AOL, Packages, Procedures, Workflows, Reports, Shell Scripts etc.
- Expertise in Oracle SQL plus, PLSQL, SQL developer to analyze the underlying data in the table
- Expertise in Accounting and Financial Processes end-to-end Source to Procure & Record to Report;
General work requirements:
- Candidate should clear the client specific BGV prior to onboarding.
- Candidate should support the users in PST timezone, (7:00 p.m. Dallas / 9:00 p.m. Brazil),, particularly during period closures & Friday evenings and may run later as there is no India team coverage available on Saturday morning to transition support
- Provide L1 and L2 support for the Application Maintenance engagement which is heavy off-shore and lean on-shore.
- Before getting into L1/L2 Support, person should be able to take KT as needed as per the defined process, provide support as per KPIs/SLAs, proficient in adhering to the support process and procedures as per the ITSM/ITIL standards,
- 24x5 off-shore / On-site/ Near-shore model on working days, week-end on-call for Hi-Sev/Hi-Pri tickets – Demonstrate. Positive work attitude & communication in work co-ordination thru collaboration channels, e-mails & meetings, status reporting, Demonstrate effective On-site/Off-shore/Near-shore collaboration
- To be able to independently work and at the same time, be a good team player to collaborate with stake holders as necessary.
- Escalate issues to the Delivery Manager, in a timely manner and be associated for issue resolution.
