We are currently seeking a Proposals Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
NTT DATA is currently seeking an Experienced Proposal Manager to join our PS SLED Proposal Development team.
The Proposal Manager is integral to the proposal team, managing the development of state & local government, Education and Healthcare solicitation responses. This person leads the entire proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring all solicitation requirements are compliant. The proposal manager coordinates with leadership, section leads, subject matter experts, writers, graphic designers, coordinators, teaming partners and other contributors to ensure essential resources are assigned and designated tasks are completed. The successful candidate must have minimum five years of proposal manager experience in a multi-tasks environment, meeting sensitive deadlines. Experience in responding to Public Sector solicitations is preferred.
Proposal Manager responsibilities are:
- Manage the proposal process from pre-bid strategy to White Glove reviews and production, including post-submission requirements (e.g. clarification requests, orals, amended responses, and other next-phase requests)
- Analyze solicitation requirements to identify proposal requirements in order to create compliant proposal outlines
- Develop the proposal calendar and manage the schedule according to amendments, extensions and other solicitation releases
- Schedule and manage all color team reviews and debriefs, and execute / facilitate proposal revisions
- Use company AI tools and other resources to leverage existing proposal content and work with technical writers to develop new content as needed for proposal responses
- Provide direction to production staff (e.g., Desktop Publishers, Graphic Artists, Editors)
- Proofread, proposal material for accuracy, compliance and quality
- Provide hands-on proposal services to include scheduling, outlining, storyboarding, non-technical writing; conducting compliance reviews; incorporating win themes; and applying basic document formatting
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minium 5+ years’ experience in managing Public Sector or Federal solicitation responses
- Experience applying Shipley-based methods
- Ability to work with remote teams and manage several bids simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
- Proficient in use of AI Tools and applications
