We are currently seeking an SAP Head of Delivery to join our team. This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required.

 

The Head of Delivery is responsible for leading the USA SAP LE Global Practice consulting division, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.   The USA Delivery Head is responsible to set strategic direction and lead business activity to achieve planned results for all relevant stakeholders – employees, customers, company, partners, and community.  The USA Delivery Head collaborates with senior management to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and improve organizational performance. The Delivery Head supports the activities of the SAP LE global organization to achieve global business objectives.

 

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

 

Strategic Leadership

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to profitably expand consulting services.
  • Collaborate with the global and regional executive teams to align consulting strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement the consulting division’s short-term (one year) and mid-term (three year) strategic vision and goals.

 

Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention

  • Define and implement a strategy to attract, hire, develop and retain employees best capable to help us achieve our business objectives.
  • Create a culture of teamwork to leverage the combined talents of the entire organization to consistently achieve business results.
  • Promote and empower high-impact individuals that model NTT DATA values and deliver high-quality results.

 

Client Engagement and Relationships

  • In collaboration with our Revenue Generation Group, acquire new customers and new consulting projects to drive organic growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to secure new business and customer references.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage client feedback to improve service delivery.

 

Project Execution

  • Ensure that implementation projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, adhering to best practices and methodologies.
  • Identify potential risks in project execution and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously review and improve strategies, tools, and processes to improve competitiveness and delivery quality.

 

Growth and Profitability

  • Grow the business organically and through the successful integration of acquired companies.
  • Achieve gross margin expectations through revenue realization and smart cost management.
  • Support the growth of other NTT DATA North America business units.

 

NTT DATA Collaboration and Development

  • Develop relationships with NTT DATA Americas leaders to explore joint market offerings.
  • Support the development of the NTT DATA brand with our customers and in the market.

 

Partner Relationships

  • Build a strong partner ecosystem required to deliver holistic solutions and services for our customers.
  • Help our partners achieve their business objectives to ensure long-term collaboration commitment.
  • Support the achievement of SAP Pinnacle Awards.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in progressively responsible roles including SAP consulting, project and program management, customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience with proven leadership responsibility for large complex teams with global considerations, strategy, budgeting, and staffing.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience, with two or more large global projects.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven history of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Strong industry knowledge in three or more industries (e.g., manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences).
  • Strong business and financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
