We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Technical Account Manager

 

Automation practitioner to manage multiple engagements and provide support to Solution architects for Intelligent Automation. 

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads intermediate-level service delivery processes and associated projects.
  • Manages service delivery processes in a standard service delivery environment.
  • Leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes
  • Overall governance/management on assigned internal and external projects
  • Acts as single Point of Contact for requirements and intake activities, resolving issues, concerns, and requests for assigned clients
  • Manages Automation Improvements and Plans
  • Maintains and drives Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) to create market references
  • Assists with designing solutions for sales proposal development
  • Prioritizes client solution development initiatives

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a technical account management/delivery role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using Cognitive tools, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
  • 2-3 years of experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath in managing delivery or working as Automation architect
  • Experience creating and documented service delivery processes
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in a client-interfacing position
  • Experience using creative problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Graduate Degree preferred
  • Experience managing service delivery processes in a standard service delivery environment following ITIL principles

 

Travel:  

Candidate can be remote in either Eastern or Central US Time Zones.  Travel can be up to 50% once restrictions are lifted
