We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager - AI Products, Agentic Solutions & GTM to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
1. AI Program & Portfolio Management
• Own and manage a portfolio of AI programs spanning:
o Service as Software (SaS) offerings
o Agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows
o Industry and product aligned AI initiatives
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Track dependencies, risks, and progress across multiple, concurrent AI initiatives.
• Establish operating rhythms, reviews, and executive ready updates.
2. GTM & Solutioning Enablement
• Partner closely with business and sales leaders to:
o Define GTM motions for AI and Agentic AI offerings
o Package AI capabilities into clear, buyer aligned solutions
• Drive creation of:
o Solution briefs and value propositions
o Industry specific AI narratives
o Pricing, packaging, and consumption models for SaS
• Ensure GTM assets are coherent, consistent, and sales ready across regions and teams.
3. Agentic AI Deal Orchestration
• Act as the program lead for strategic and complex Agentic AI deals.
• Coordinate across:
o Sales
o Solution architects
o Engineering and platform teams
o Partners and alliances
• Ensure deal pursuits are supported with:
o Clear solution scope and architecture
o Compelling AI/Agentic narratives
o Feasible delivery and operating models
• Help move deals from idea → demo → pilot → scaled engagement.
4. Presales & Demo Management
• Own the demo and presales ecosystem for AI and Agentic solutions.
• Drive creation and maintenance of:
o Executive grade demos
o Use case driven walkthroughs
o Industry specific proof points
• Ensure demos stay aligned with:
o Product roadmap
o Market messaging
o Customer expectations
• Coordinate demo readiness for priority accounts, events, and leadership engagements.
5. Talent, Hiring & Capability Build out
• Support hiring and onboarding for AI program, solutioning, and delivery roles.
• Help define:
o Role charters
o Skill requirements
o Team structures aligned to AI and Agentic initiatives
• Enable cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing across AI programs.
6. Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Serve as a central point of coordination across:
o Business leaders
o Product and engineering teams
o Sales and marketing
o External partners and technology vendors
• Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables across diverse stakeholders.
• Support partner led solutioning and joint GTM motions where applicable.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $121,162 - 224,375. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
