We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day/ Job Functions

• Coordinate program and delivery status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner directly with technical delivery teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand delivery progress, identify blockers early, and drive follow-through on mitigation and resolution plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and progress reporting to provide visibility and accountability across workstreams.
• Create clear, concise, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, presentations, and other reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Consolidate and analyze information from multiple sources, including Jira, Jira Align, Excel, presentations, and other delivery-management tools, to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention.
• Synthesize complex delivery information and large data sets into actionable insights, status narratives, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Track cross-team dependencies and coordinate with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery risks and issues.
• Support Agile delivery practices across teams using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Monitor program and project progress against established milestones, commitments, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among senior leaders, product partners, technical delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential delivery risks and blockers and work with stakeholders to establish and track mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting to support transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, programs, product delivery initiatives, or related technology delivery efforts.
• 7+ years of Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams, including management of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• 7+ years of Experience developing and maintaining delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards, and program or project status reporting.
• 7+ years of Experience preparing and delivering executive-level status updates, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including structuring, analyzing, reconciling, and summarizing large data sets.
• 7+ years of Experience using Jira and/or Jira Align for project, program, or delivery management.
• 7+ years of Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• 7+ years of Experience managing cross-team dependencies across complex technology delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information from multiple sources and translate complex delivery data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, product partners, and technical delivery teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to identify delivery risks and blockers, develop mitigation plans, and drive actions through completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformation or product-delivery programs.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and management reporting for complex technology initiatives.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with advanced program reporting, data visualization, or portfolio-management tools.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with program insights, decision support, and delivery recommendations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,720.00 - $131,580.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
