We are currently seeking a Services Delivery Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Ensures successful delivrery of services to clients.  Manages Teams which develop, enhance and support Pega, Automation Anywhere, VB.Net, C#.Net and SQL applications.  Runs status calls with clients and manages client expectations.  Works with clients to establish priorities.  Assigns tasks and responsibiities to team members to achieve desired outcomes.  Writes and delivers performance reviews.  Assesses and recommends salary increases.

Day-to-day tasks include the following:

  • Infragenie ticket review
    • Escalation of tickets that need attention
    • Change ticket review and scheduling
  • Attendance of daily standups for the various teams
    • Helping to set priority of work
    • Elimination of blockers
    • Adjustments of schedules
  • 1 – 1 calls with team members
  • Review of project request estimates / staffing
  • Review of project / enhancement scope
  • Review of project / enhancement design to ensure designs are meeting expectations and following standards.
  • Review of Automation Anywhere
    • Daily stats to ensure BOTs are processing as needed
    • Review to see if additional new BOTs are needed from a licensing perspective
  • Review of Pega PDC monitoring tool to ensure system is not alerting any critical issues
  • Daily standup with Apria Managers to discuss cross team issues
  • Attendance on calls with Vendors
    • Pega Systems
    • Automation Anywhere

Ad hoc

  • Interviews w/ potential team members
  • Security Access Requests for new team members and service accounts
  • Working with client management and PMs to set work priorities
  • Handling of Application Sev 1 & 2 ticket bridges
  • Team member performance reviews / merit increases


Basic Qualifications:

-5+yrs Service Delivery or Program Management.

-5+yrs knowedge of 

  • Pega Systems
  • Automation Anywhere
  • VB.Net, C#.Net and SQL applications.
