We are currently seeking a Strategy Planning Sr. Specialist Advisor for Provider to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Position Overview

The Strategy Planning Senior Specialist Advisor plays a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives that contribute to growth across the Provider industry business unit. This role works in partnership with senior executive seller and industry solutions leaders in the Provider business unit, Finance, and Delivery organizations to drive enterprise planning, support growth priorities, and ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and client outcomes. This advisor role leads complex, cross‑functional projects and initiatives; coordinating executive‑level business reviews; and synthesizes data and insights into clear recommendations that inform decision‑making.

Priorities are revenue management, revenue acceleration, and risk management, account alignment, Seller initiatives, reporting, and Strategic initiatives. With strong analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership, this role serves as a trusted strategic partner to executives in implementing initiatives that strengthen account coverage, operational effectiveness, and long‑term business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Account Coverage & Mapping: Collaborate with leaders to ensure efficient transition and operations for Strategic and Large accounts, update account coverage for new clients, maintain accurate account assignments for Seller Executives and ensure business unit account mapping is maintained.
  • Business Review Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of the Monthly and Quarterly Business review (MBR/QBR), and track outcomes and actions, format presentations using standardized templates, and submit finalized materials.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead major projects, including M&A assessments and external communications; develop business growth plans; delegate analysis, manage deadlines, and deliver work plans; synthesize insights and create storyboards for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to advance project goals.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Management: Maintain contact lists and manage relationships with external partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Client Growth Office & Practice PoC Support: Address ad-hoc information and reporting requests for CGO and Delivery Practice points of contact.
  • Practice Interlock Meetings: Schedule and facilitate meetings between strategy and practice teams, share notes and action items, and manage inventories of meetings and attendees.
  • Senior Leadership Meetings: Coordinate and contribute to meetings with senior leadership, including organizational design discussions and recommendations.
  • Org Chart Management: Create and update organizational charts in partnership with HRBP team to ensure accuracy.
  • Special initiatives, as required:
    • Collaboration and Change Champion: represent and lead efforts for the business unit as main point of contact for communications for initiatives requiring change management for the business unit.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in strategy planning, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Working knowledge of sales motions, client delivery models, and account management strategies to shape enterprise‑level planning and stakeholder decisions.
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers; able to identify interdependencies and opportunities across programs.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills; intellectually curious and driven to solve complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, concise presentations and reports.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
