Daily Responsibilities:

  • Providing broad based support for a vendor application (ePremis/Assurance Reimbursement Manager) from Change Healthcare for claims processing. 
  • You will be providing technical support of the application and its functions to a large hospital chain that uses the application daily to process claims.
  • Daily activities include support incidents via ticketing system, incoming customer phone calls and meetings.
  • QA testing around new product releases and enhancements to the application suite.
  • Coordinate with team members for business, peer and technical reviews of documentation.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to work with other team members to meet customer needs.
  • Rotational on call responsibilities including occasional after hours work
  • Application server maintence and upkeep

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working in a direct customer interfacing environment 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical capacity, call center support or desktop support.
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
