We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President, Salesforce Offering Leader to own and drive our Salesforce go-to-market strategy, service portfolio, and partner ecosystem across key industry verticals. This executive will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Salesforce offerings—aligning innovation, sales enablement, delivery, and strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth and market leadership.

 

The ideal candidate brings a blend of business strategy, deep Salesforce expertise, and executive leadership, with a strong track record of scaling Salesforce practices in a consulting or technology services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the multi-year vision, strategy, and investment plan for our Salesforce portfolio in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-impact solutions that address C-level client challenges.

Offering Portfolio Management

  • Design, evolve, and differentiate Salesforce-based offerings across functional areas (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Commerce) and industry verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
  • Build solution accelerators, reusable assets, and IP that improve delivery speed and value realization

Growth Enablement & Market Impact

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and alliances to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Develop executive-level collateral, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a thought leader in the market through keynote speaking, publications, and client forums.

Practice Development & Talent Strategy

  • Develop organizational capabilities across functional and technical Salesforce domains.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centric delivery

Partner Ecosystem & Innovation

  • Deepen and expand the strategic partnership with Salesforce across co-selling, certifications, product alignment, and joint innovation.
  • Cultivate relationships with key AppExchange and ISV partners to enhance offering breadth and client value

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, CRM, or cloud consulting, with a minimum of 10+ years focused on Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of experience with global delivery models and working with offshore/nearshore teams.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CTA, Application Architect).

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven success in an equivalent leadership role with P&L accountability and practice-building experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds, industry solutions, and platform capabilities.
  • Track record of driving large pipeline/revenue in enterprise consulting or systems integration.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with experience engaging boards, CxOs, and global stakeholders.

 

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
