VP Strategic Staffing

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Vice President of Staffing to join the Strategic Staffing division of NTT Data Services.  This person will be responsible for managing sales teams across the Southeast and Northeast, manage the P&L’s, drive growth and help set the direction for the future of Strategic Staffing. 

Strategic Staffing offers clients the expertise of our senior recruiting and account management team, over 30 years of IT staffing experience and the resources of one of the leading global IT services providers. We have over 60 locations in the US and CA, are ranked the 13th largest staffing firm by Staffing Industry Analyst and are a preferred vendor with Fortune 500 companies.  We work in partnership with our clients to develop comprehensive strategies for filling their resource needs across a broad range of IT subject areas, job functions and industry verticals to support your digital business transformation goals. 

Staffing clients work with dedicated NTT DATA account managers, technical recruiters and support teams that are fully engaged in each phase of the recruitment process. Our technical recruiters average more than seven years of recruiting experience and receive extensive and ongoing training in all aspects of applicant screening, evaluation, coaching and onboarding. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Regional Sales & Recruiting Teams
  • Drive Regional Direct Operating Income & Direct Revenue
  • Contribute to overall the Strategic Staffing Practice (SSP) success and strategic vision

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years’ experience managing a contingent Staffing organization focusing on IT solutions managing multiple offices.
  • Experience managing P&L
  • Proven ability building out the growth of a Staffing firm

Location:

  • Prefer someone to either live near or be willing to relocate to Plano, TX
  • Will consider if located near an airport and can travel
