Vice President, Strategic Staffing

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Vice President of Staffing to join the Strategic Staffing practice.  The Vice President will oversee client management and sales operations for clients across the U.S. and Canada.  The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the IT Staffing or IT Services industry.  Overall, this person will be responsible for managing sales teams across North America, driving revenue, P&L management, and setting the direction for the future of the practice. 

NTT DATA Services offers clients the expertise of our senior recruiting and account management team, over 30 years of IT staffing experience and the resources of one of the leading global IT services providers. We work in partnership with our clients to develop comprehensive strategies for filling their resource needs across a broad range of IT subject areas, job functions and industry verticals to support digital business transformation goals. 


Accountabilities include: 

Drive revenue and operating income.  New logo acquisition, YoY revenue and operating income growth. 
Ensure compliance with business processes, polices, Federal, State and local laws.
Development of Annual Operating Plan; Meet/Exceed annual financial targets.
Drive regional business development and sales strategies, assisting sales team in selling activities.
Provide overall team leadership


Desired Experience: 
Demonstrated success understanding business challenges, presenting custom solutions, negotiating service agreements

Ability to lead sales team; adept at building long-term customer relationships

P&L management of $50M+ in revenue
Highly experienced in financial metrics (i.e., driving revenue and operating income)
Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
Solid IT Services industry experience across multiple verticals.


Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing teams in the IT staffing or IT services industry

Minimum of 5 years’ experience direct sales experience

Proven track record selling IT Services / Staffing and leading effective sales teams

Strong understanding of technologies, industry trends, and hot skills
