NTT DATA Services currently seeks a White Glove/Executive Desktop Support to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).



The End User Computing Sr. Analyst will primarily provide first line, white glove support to the NTT DATA executive leadership team for all Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Application related incidents and requests through request tools, emails and telephone calls.


Addititional responsibities include:

  • Assign tickets to the appropriate technology support groups and track them to closure.

  • Advise and assists users in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks and peripherals using available technology.

  • Studies and analyzes system’s needs, troubleshoots technical problems and trains users. Advises users on the interpretation of IT reports and report capabilities, limitations, etc.

  • Provides user support, new hire system setups, group metrics and desktop/laptop (PC) software evaluations and upgrades.

  • Provides quick response to ensure maximum uptime of all users and performs end user training when necessary.



  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting executives.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with workstation hardware, including assembly, troubleshooting and components replacement.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation operating systems: Windows 7, Win 8 & Win 10. Mac OS experience required.

  • Ability to troubleshoot Operating System, file system and general workstation issues.

  • Experience with installing, managing and maintaining local and networked printers, including basic printer troubleshooting.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Office (v2010+, including O365), IE, Symantec anti-virus apps, Windows Updates & printing utilities.

  • Ability to interface with Line-of-Business Application & Hardware vendor’s technical support for level 1/2 troubleshooting.

  • A+ Certification

  • Motivated technician with proven troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proven ability to learn from, and teach, peers and to research solutions independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to effectively multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, in person and via email while providing excellent customer service.

  • Familiarity with workgroup and domain environments, and general networking troubleshooting

  • Experience with leading/supervising small teams and projects
