We are currently seeking a [[IT Services Operations Manager]] to join our team in [[Portland]], [[Oregon]], [[United States]].



·        Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of (IT) operations, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure

·        Lead teams that develop and implement networks and servers, respond to user help desk requests and monitor system stability and performance

·        Provide guidance and leadership to the IT operations teams and technicians, but also directly supports end users by handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring                 the performance of business-critical systems to proactively prevent delays and outages and quickly resolve ongoing issues.

·        Prepare and keep up to date project plan accounting for all phases and stages of the project life cycle

·        Identify and take care of dependencies, risks and issues to ensure that the project activities progress without any impediments

·        Effectively manage to meet or exceed all SLAs applicable for the service delivery

·        Prepare and present periodic status reports 

·        Prepare and present periodic metrics 


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 6 years’ experience managing large and complex IT systems support teams.
  • 6 years managing a Help Desk environment with  a team of 40 FTE's.
  • 6 years' experience in Service Delivery
  • ITIL V3/4 certification
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Must live a commutable distance from Portland, Oregon


Desired Skills

  • Experience in supporting hybrid cloud environment
  • Current PMP vertification
