We are currently seeking a Banking Consulting Practice Vice President - US: NY, NJ, CT area to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

NTT DATA seeks a dynamic and experienced Advisory Consulting Banking Practice Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our customer-centric approach, modernizing banking operations, and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.  This individual will oversee  go-to-market activities, brand, and partnerships.  As a subject matter expert and thought leadership advocate, you will network with industry leaders, internal Banking sales and client leadership, current clients, and potential clients to understand and communicate current and future trends. Your critical consultation will support sales and client leaders engaged in sales pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with NTT DATA Banking and Financial Services vertical and other lines-of-business leaders. Lead growth initiatives to expand the practice footprint within existing NTT DATA Banking customers and new logo opportunities
• Practice Oversight: Manage P&L, client relationships, sales pursuits, practice portfolio/offerings, development of assets and intellectual property, brand promotion, and community development
• Market Insight: Identify market priorities and provide insights to BFSI sales/client executives, client leadership, and practice engagement leads
• Competitive Analysis: Understand the competitor industry landscape and identify NTT DATA's value proposition, differentiators, and brand promotion strategies
• Pipeline Optimization: Prioritize practice activities and deliverables to optimize the realization of new business pipelines
• Thought Leadership: Utilize your experience and personal network to provide insights through blogs, points of view, formal campaigns, webinars, summits, media interviews, etc.
• Team Leadership: Attract, promote, and retain a high-performing consulting team. Articulate job requirements for targeted resource and practice talent needs
• Subject-Matter Expertise: Assist with initial project mobilization and broader execution to provide expertise in support of advisory and delivery teams

Requirements:

• 15+ years of IT Services and/or Consulting experience in client facing roles managing complex business relationships
• 12+ years of banking domain experience, spanning people, process, and technology/innovation with a focus on business transformation and modernization
• 10+ years of experience leading client engagements at the senior/executive level, delivering value-add offerings (advisory and/or technology) recognized for contributing to targeted business outcomes
• 8+ years of experience leading a consulting practice or business unit with responsibilities for developing/executing go-to-market strategies, revenue and new business growth targets, expanding client portfolios, and managing delivery operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a Big Four consulting company
• MBA
