We are currently seeking a Data Analyst (for Enterprise Architecture Repository) to join our team in Pune, MH, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Job Duties: Job Specification Summary Data for EMEA systems held in OrbusInfinity Architecture tool is accurate for:• Regulatory Operational Resilience mapping for cloud, infrastructure and applications to important business services• Vendor mapping across services and applications for rationalisation• Provide End of Life record for underlying technologies and the vendor applications• Quality data ready for a future ServiceNow import• Enhance processes to maintain data as part of BAUThe Analyst will support enterprise‑wide technology, system, and service mapping across multiple data domains including EOL/EOS lifecycle management, cloud deployments, TBM taxonomy alignment, Operational Resilience/DR attributes, and Important business‑service mapping. The role requires deep engagement with architecture, technology owners, finance teams, and operational SMEs to reconcile data, enhance BAU processes, improve data governance, and maintain the accuracy of system inventories and architecture repositories. The Analyst will also contribute to project governance, vendor engagement, and reporting. Minimum Skills Required: Technical & Data Skills• Experience with EA tools (e.g., OrbusInfinity).• Proficiency with data quality analysis, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.• Understanding of technology lifecycle concepts (EOL/EOS).• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud‑deployment metadata (Azure, AWS, on‑prem hybrid).• Ability to analyse system inventories, metadata, and key attributes (owners, DR, resilience, cost centres).• Experience with ITSM/CMDB frameworks (ServiceNow CSDM preferred).• Understanding of TBM taxonomy and IT cost‑allocation principles.• Strong Excel/Power BI / data‑manipulation capabilities. Business & Process Skills• Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviewing.• Ability to map business services, capabilities, and processes to underpinning systems (IBS mapping).• Experience documenting BAU processes, governance flows, and operating models.• Ability to define rules, taxonomies, and classification structures. Governance, Risk & Resilience Skills• Awareness of Operational Resilience & Disaster Recovery regulatory standards.• Understanding of ownership models (support groups, service owners).• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and data governance frameworks. Soft Skills• Strong stakeholder‑management and cross‑team coordination.• Clear written communication for reports, mappings, and taxonomy documentation.• Ability to work independently on large data sets and cross‑functional tasks.• Attention to detail and structured problem‑solving."
This role is essentially a Technology / Enterprise Architecture Data Analyst position focused on maintaining high-quality enterprise system inventory and architecture data for regulatory, operational resilience, and governance purposes. Candidate worked on OrbusInfinity will be a good candidate to begin searching.
Client is looking for someone who has done BA/Data analyst roles, preferably with Financial Services experience. While OrbusInfinity is not mandatory, experience with another similar tool will be beneficial.
