We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- Azure Support Consultant{ to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Summary
The Azure Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and operational management for Microsoft Azure environments. This role ensures the stability, security, and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructure and services, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and implement best practices in Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Azure environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance and health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain Azure resources such as VMs, App Services, Virtual Networks, and Resource Groups.
- Manage security, compliance, and governance policies across Azure subscriptions.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and high availability configurations.
- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to improve deployment pipelines and automation (e.g., via ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform).
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization and performance improvement.
- Document solutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay up to date on Azure updates, services, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience supporting Azure infrastructure and services.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Azure Resource Manager (ARM)
- Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage
- Azure AD and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Backup and Site Recovery
- Monitoring and automation tools
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, CLI, or Python).
- Understanding of ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer).
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure + on-premises).
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiarity with Azure Policy, Cost Management, and Governance tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Manager is a plus.
