We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Technical Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience building responsive, scalable, and user-focused web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, experience integrating RESTful APIs, and working knowledge of backend technologies for full-stack collaboration.

This role also requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform to support workflow automation and low-code business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build reusable UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Implement state management using Redux and ensure application scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Optimize applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend teams to consume APIs and ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Full-Stack Collaboration

• Support backend integration using Node.js and Express.js.
• Assist in developing scalable, data-driven platforms.
• Work with version control systems such as Git.
• Contribute to deployment and CI/CD processes when required.

Microsoft Power Platform Development

• Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows and approval processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop custom forms and integrate APIs within Power Platform solutions.
• Support business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications.

Professional Experience

• Delivered dynamic, data-driven platforms for PharmaLife Academy.
• Contributed to frontend development initiatives at Hilco Global.
• Developed scalable UI components and improved user experience across applications.
• Supported automation of internal business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React and Redux.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience working in Pharma, Financial Services, or Enterprise domains.
