We are currently seeking a Cloud Solution Delivery Lead Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are hiring for Senior Performance Testing Specialist for Pune Location:

A Performance Specialist will be responsible for Performance Testing, Performance analysis, Tuning recommendations, Trouble shooting, client communication, estimations, team handling, any tasks assigned by Manager.

Must have Experience:

- 8+ years' relevant experience in Performance Testing and Analysis.

- In depth knowledge of Performance testing concepts and Performance engineering concepts.

- Testing and Analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working with Agile methodology

- Gathering client's technical requirements and QAs

- Handling client communication, lead client calls

- Expertise in open-source tools / licensed tools like Jmeter, Neoload, Load runner

- Scripting, Test execution and result analyzing capability

- Performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AWS Cloud watch, App Dynamics, Perfmon

- Experience in analyzing the bottle necks and identifying an optimal configuration.

- Experience in working on multiple protocols like HTTP, Web services, SOAP, and RDP

- Sound knowledge in SDLC and STLC, DevOps

- Experience in requirement gathering, efforts estimation, scheduling, issue tracking

- Managing team of 5-6 members.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to profiling tools will be an added advantage

- Database performance analysis

- Performance tuning.
