Key Responsibilities
- Support annual and off‑cycle compensation processes including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.
- Perform compensation data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Conduct internal equity, pay parity, and market competitiveness analysis.
- Support job pricing and market benchmarking using compensation survey data.
- Prepare Excel‑based models, dashboards, and trackers for compensation reporting.
- Respond to routine compensation queries from HRBPs with guidance and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to compensation frameworks and policies.
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Strong understanding of core compensation practices, including pay structures, market benchmarking, and annual pay review cycles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, macro, data modeling).
- High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data.
- Ability to work independently with guidance.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to HR partners.
Preferred
- Experience working in a large or matrixed organization.
- Exposure to HR systems and compensation analytics.
