We are currently seeking a Data Engineer - HRIS BI to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

 Senior IRM Engineer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing the Core Platform of ServiceNow to enhance our business processes and improve service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
•          Design and Development: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Core Platform solutions. Customize core capabilites such as Quality Code tool, global tables etc. .
•          Collaboration and Customization: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements. Customize the platform to meet business needs.
•          Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks. Integrate with external systems.
•          System Maintenance and Performance: Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor system performance, implement performance tuning, and conduct system upgrades.
•          Release Management: Manage the ServiceNow release cycle, including deployment planning and execution.
•          Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
•          Best Practices and Security: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow best practices, processes, and security protocols.
•          Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior engineers. Provide guidance on best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
•          Continuous Learning and Evaluation: Stay current with the latest updates and features in ServiceNow. Evaluate how new updates and features could benefit the organization
