We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

As a Mobile Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mobile solutions across various platforms, with a focus on creating seamless user experiences and efficient back-end integrations. You will collaborate with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to architect mobile applications that meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your expertise in mobile development frameworks, backend systems, cloud services, and security best practices will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design Mobile Solutions: Lead the architecture of mobile apps for iOS, Android, and cross-platform environments, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and maintainable code.

• Framework and Tools Expertise: Leverage your expertise in frameworks and tools such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter, Ionic-Capacitor, and others to provide innovative mobile development solutions.

• Mobile App Development Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in mobile app development, including performance optimization, modular design, and code quality standards.

• Backend Integration: Design and integrate mobile apps with backend systems, APIs, and cloud services. Ensure smooth and secure data flow between mobile devices and back-end services.

• Mobile Security: Implement mobile security best practices such as data encryption, secure authentication, and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

• Platform-Specific Expertise: Provide deep insights into iOS and Android development environments and frameworks, including platform-specific features, capabilities, and limitations.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other technical teams to ensure alignment of mobile app architecture with business goals and user experience requirements.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Ensure smooth continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile apps and collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline mobile app release processes.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on mobile development techniques and best practices. Lead technical discussions and make strategic decisions related to mobile app architecture.

Experience

• ~15 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 5+ years in an architectural or leadership role.

• Extensive experience in native (iOS and Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, Ionic-Capacitor) mobile app development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks and languages, including Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter, and Ionic.

• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and their development environments (Xcode, Android Studio).

• Expertise in backend integration, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with mobile app security, including encryption, secure authentication mechanisms, and regulatory compliance.

• Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle management, from development through deployment, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
