The role

 

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic People & Organization / OCM Consulting Senior Leader to delight our clients and help build a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a Senior Leader in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:

Client contributions:

  • Be an expert, senior advisor and coach to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
  • Offer personalized coaching to client executives, assisting them in cultivating change leadership behaviors, refining leadership skills, improving performance, enhancing communication, handling conflict.
  • Develop, lead and execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities. 
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Team contributions:

  • Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to high-performance / high results. 
  • Build internal network and partnerships to enable client initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience in coaching C-level and Department leaders.
  • You have 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice through industry presence and drove the development of collateral/assets, as well as built and managed client and executive relationships.
  • You have 10+ years’ experience leading successful complex organizational change management engagements.
  • You have 8+ years’ experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 5 members.
  • You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
  • You have the ability to travel 25% or more of the time.

 

Preferred Skills

  • You have 8+ years’ experience in IT Services and banking or financial services.
  • You have 8+ years’ experience leading successful organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery;
  • You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
  • You have International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.
  • You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
