We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion UK Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Oracle Fusion UK Payroll Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion UK Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience across implementation, enhancements, and production support of Oracle Fusion UK Payroll.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations(Minimum 2) , from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of UK Payroll statutory requirements, including PAYE, NI, statutory payments, pensions, RTI, and year-end processes.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration, including payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitions, costing, and payment methods.
• Good knowledge of Fast Formula, element eligibility, payroll calculations, and retroactive processing.
• Experience with Payroll Flows, QuickPay, Payroll Calculation, Prepayments, Payments, FPS/EPS and reconciliation activities.
• Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting payroll issues, root-cause analysis, and resolving complex payroll scenarios.
• Experience supporting monthly/periodic payroll cycles, including validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
• Good understanding of integration between Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, OTL, and Finance.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, cutover, data validation, and post-production support.
• Ability to work directly with client/business stakeholders, understand requirements, and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently own and deliver assigned activities.
