Performance Testing Specialist

Leading a team of 3-5 members
Handling client's technical requirements, calls and QAs.
In depth knowledge of Performance testing concepts and Performance engineering concepts.
Relevant experience in Performance testing.
Conduct performance testing/analysis reviews and technical support to team
Sound knowledge in Software development lifecycle and Software testing lifecycle.
Should have an expertise in open source tools / licensed tools . (Jmeter, Neoload and Load runner ).
Should have very good experience in scripting, test execution and result analyzing capability.
Hands on experience in Performance monitoring tools.(Perfmon, HP Performance manager, AWS Cloud watch).
Experience in analyzing the bottle necks and identifying an optimal configuration.
Experience in working on multiple protocols like HTTP, Web services ,SOAP and RDP.
Capable of preparing test plans by gathering nonfunctional requirements and should be capable of preparing test exit reports.
Should have good testing and analytical skills with excellent communication.
Exposure to profiling tools will be an added advantage.
