- Minimum 12+ years in the SAP ecosystem, with at least 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
- Architectural expertise in S/4HANA 2023+ (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP.
- Strategic oversight of S/4HANA upgrades: Software Update Manager (SUM), SAP Readiness Check, and Maintenance Planner.
- Expert-level cross-functional knowledge across multiple SAP core modules.
- SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect (S/4HANA & SAP BTP).
- Architect the end-to-end solution design, ensuring strict alignment with "Clean Core" principles to eliminate technical debt.
- Enforce a zero-modification policy in the core; drive all custom requirements to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) via side-by-side extensions.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business processes with SAP Best Practices and Industry Cloud Editions.
- Architect seamless integrations between S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party SaaS using SAP Integration Suite (APIs, OData, and Event Mesh).
- Serve as the Technical Authority on the Architecture Review Board, validating all custom extensions for "side-by-side" BTP compliance.
- Integrate Business AI and embedded analytics to drive automated decision-making within the ERP core.
- Hands-on Technical Mastery: CDS, CFL, CBO, RAP, Event Mesh, Clean Core extensibility, BTP, OData-based Adobe Forms, APIs, and ATC.
- Cloud Infrastructure: S/4HANA (Public/Private), SAP HANA Database, and RISE with SAP on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Methodology Mastery: SAP Activate (Agile) and SAP Signavio (Process Transformation).
- UX & Extension Leadership: SAP Fiori, RAP (ABAP Restful Programming), and CAP (Cloud Application Programming).
- Integration Strategy: SAP Integration Suite, Graph, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- BTP Proficiency: Expert-level SAP Build, Integration Suite, and Extension Suite.
