We are currently seeking a Salesforce Agenforce Sr. Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer — Agentforce  with hands-on experience in Salesforce AI-driven automation, conversational bots, and OCR integrations. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce development expertise with the ability to design and enhance AI-powered agent workflows, partner portals, and document automation solutions. 

Client’s Business Problem to Solve 

The client seeks to leverage Salesforce’s AI ecosystem to: 

Deploy and enhance Agentforce and CoPilot capabilities for intelligent automation, workflow assistance, and contextual recommendations. 

Integrate Sales Cloud functionality for opportunity, quoting, and account management aligned with complex claims and rebate processes. 

Ensure compliance with OEM privacy standards, security governance, and audit readiness. 

Improve productivity, automation accuracy, and self-service experiences through integrated AI and conversational workflows. 

Position’s General Duties and Tasks 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

Salesforce Agentforce: Building and enhancing AI-powered agent capabilities for automated workflows, self-service, and knowledge management. 

Sales Cloud: Customizing and extending Sales Cloud for opportunity, quote, and account management, ensuring alignment with quoting and claims processes. 

Designing and maintaining Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, Triggers, and system integrations. 

Partnering with Business Analysts and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. 

Ensuring compliance with OEM privacy rules, Salesforce security standards, and audit requirements. 

Creating and maintaining unit tests, deployment scripts, and technical documentation for sustainable code management. 

Supporting UAT, production releases, and post-deployment troubleshooting. 

Requirements for this Role Include 

8+ years of Salesforce development experience. 

Strong expertise in: 
 a) Salesforce Agentforce & CoPilot (AI-driven workflows and automation). 
 b) Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Pipeline management). 

Nice to have 
 d) Einstein Bots (Natural Language Understanding, bot flows, service integration, configuration, and deployment). 
 e) OCR reader solutions (Google Vision, Amazon Textract, MuleSoft OCR connectors, or other third-party apps integrated with Salesforce). 

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. 

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. 

Deep understanding of security models, Restriction Rules, and Partner Community visibility models. 

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum delivery model. 

Preferred Skills – Optional (Nice-to-Haves) 

Experience with document processing workflows (claims, rebates, invoice scanning). 

Familiarity with AI/ML model integration within Salesforce for automation and insights. 

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps). 

Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI analytics tools for predictive insights. 

Salesforce certifications such as AI Associate, or Platform Developer I/II
